Excellent location in the West End district, close to Piggly Wiggly, restaurants, midtown, and Broadway. Convenient access to downtown and south. Recently renovated rooms with a decent size and equipped with a kitchen. Reasonably priced.

Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Nashville - Vanderbilt is the best budget hotel with caring staff and huge rooms. the property is situated in a magnificent location close to Nashville's center, restaurants, and the Parthenon. Additionally, there is a Chipotle Mexican Grill nearby where you can enjoy dinner.

The place was clean, the staff were welcoming and polite, everything was wonderful.

Had a fantastic time here on vacation! The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the selection of healthy items like coffee, granola, and muffins. The room was top-notch with king size beds and mine was like sleeping on a cloud 😊.

Our room was really nice, with a fresh look and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was sparkling clean and there was even a vending machine and a small kitchen area 👌 The staff here were so friendly and helpful, they were always quick to assist with anything we needed. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center.

The studio suite here has been recently renovated and comes equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a microwave, while the location is convenient and beautiful, being quite near Firstbank Stadium.

The rooms at this hotel were nicely renovated and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax during our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, which was just a short drive away from downtown. The parking lot had plenty of spaces available, so we never had to worry about finding a spot for our car.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or accommodating, especially when we arrived early and asked about an early check-in.
